Welcome to The River is the way to understand what you can expect from The River and what The River expects of its members. There will be a time to examine the church’s beliefs, our mission and vision and the structure of the church. There will also be a time to ask any questions you may have about The River.
We believe commitment is vital as we seek to further the Kingdom of God. Our desire is for attenders to become committed members who join together fulfilling the mission and vision of The River.
We believe in a purposeful adoption and find in Scripture a God who not only redeems but also strategically gifts His children for the purpose and work of the ministry. This 3-week class serves to expose your gifts and provides a gateway into an area of service at The River.
As followers of Christ, it is our desire to walk in obedience to the calling in which we have received. Serving enables us to use our gifts for the furthering of the Kingdom of God and provides the opportunity to grow in a Gospel-centered community.
