Scripture Reading: Acts 1:1-11. Will we be His witnesses?

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." - Acts 1:8

-THIS SUNDAY'S TEXT-

When we consider "abiding in the Lord", we must give much attention to knowing and obeying the Lord. Over the next few months, we will be spending some time in the Old Testament, focusing our attention on a conversation between the Lord and Moses and a number of times that it is quoted throughout the Old Testament. These happen to be some of my favorite words, but they show up in the Old Testament in some very unique situations.

In preparation for this Sunday, Read Exodus 33 & 34.
