A God Merciful. 6/13/21

Scripture Reading: Galatians 5:13-26.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires." - Galatians 5:22-24

-THIS SUNDAY'S TEXT-

A God Merciful

Lord willing, this Sunday, we will continue to take a look at the nature of God. When Moses asks the LORD to show him His glory, the LORD passes by him declaring His name. The LORD first reveals to Moses that He is a merciful God. In preparation for this Sunday, read the following verses:

Exodus 33:18-19 Exodus 34:6-7 Luke 15:11-32 Psalm 51

May the Holy Spirit use the Scripture to speak to our hearts and lead us to humbly confess and repent of our sin. And may we rejoice in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And as we live, may we be merciful as our heavenly Father has been merciful to us.

Grace and Peace,

Eric
