Weekly Memory Verse: "Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.'" - Matthew 21:5
Sermon Scripture Reading: Psalm 33:1-5
-THIS SUNDAY'S SERMON-
River Family,
Read Matthew 21:1-11, Zechariah 9:9
In Zechariah 9:9, what is commanded? Why is the command given to "Rejoice greatly" and "Shout aloud"? Who is coming? How is this One who is coming described? How is He different from earthly kings? What is your response to the one true King of kings? Does your worship of Jesus cause those around you to wonder who He is?
Read Psalm 96, make note of the commands, ask the Lord to fill your heart with worship and praise and thanksgiving unto Him.
Grace and Peace,
Eric
