Let's Celebrate - The Lord is Faithful

For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus... - 1 Timothy 2:5

-THIS SUNDAY'S TEXT-

For not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful.

Read 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5 (These are some of the same questions from last week)

Verse 3 – What does Paul say the Lord will do? Verse 4 – Where does Paul say is his confidence? Verse 5 – How does Paul pray for the church?

The Lord is faithful…

Read the following passages on the faithfulness of God: Deut. 7:9 Exodus 34:6 2 Timothy 2:11-13

-CONSIDER & MEDITATE-

Read Psalm 40 and consider the Lord’s faithfulness in your life.

What is your story? Have you been in the pit? Have you been drawn out of the pit by the Lord? Have you had your feet placed on the Rock? Have you had a new song put in your mouth? Have you shared with others the Lord’s faithful work in your life?

-PRAYER & THANKSGIVING- We approach this Sunday with hearts of thanksgiving, as we look forward to gathering together at our facility for worship. It is our prayer that we come together, united in Christ, and with hearts of love for Christ and one another.

Spend time in prayer this week, asking the Lord to direct your heart and mind as we approach Sunday. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ as they prepare to worship this Sunday.

Pray that the word of the Lord word be preached, that the word of the Lord would speed ahead and that we would honor the word of the Lord.

This Sunday, we will be acknowledging two of our seven graduating seniors:

Charlotte Watson and Samantha Krueger

Please pray for these young ladies as they seek Lord and step out into a new chapter of life. Pray that the Lord would faithfully keep them and that they would desire to live life to the glory of the Lord.
