A call to single-mindedness in the gospel of Jesus Christ
What is the gospel of Jesus Christ? What does it mean to be reconciled to God? Why do we need to be reconciled to God? How is one reconciled to God? What does life look like reconciled to God?
As followers of Christ, it seems that the world challenges every aspect of our lives - what we believe, how we live, what we proclaim. God is calling us to be single-minded in the gospel of Jesus Christ - single-minded in our theology, single-minded in our living, single-minded in our ministry. All we believe is to come from the Word of God. All we do is to be to the glory of God, through obedience to Him. All we proclaim is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This call will push against our casualness in our understanding of Christ, in our obedience to Christ, and our proclamation of Christ.
Read 2 Corinthians 5:16-21 in preparation for this Sunday. May the faithful God lead us to live faithfully for His kingdom and His glory.

The Encourager's Class starts a new study - "Look at the Book" by John Piper.
Will Van der Hoeven Class walk through the books of Daniel & Ezekiel.
PRAY
Also, every Sunday morning at 8:20am, our prayer team gather to pray. We meet in the second classroom in the main lobby. Come join us as we seek the Lord and present our requests to Him.

5:30pm - Bring your meal and eat and fellowship with one another. 6:00pm - River Kids Begins and What does the Bible Say?
This Wednesday we will focusing on Evangelism.
PRAYER & THANKSGIVING
Pray for Into the Light ministry this month. Pray for God to use them for His kingdom and glory. Pray for wisdom and strength for the leaders. Pray for healing for those they minister to. Pray for God to provide for their every need.
