-THIS SUNDAY'S SERMON-

This Sunday is Resurrection Sunday. As followers of Christ, every day is a day in which we are to live with our eyes on Jesus, thankful for His death and resurrection. In all our gatherings, we are glory in, rejoice in, and give thanks to our resurrected Savior - Jesus Christ. The life that we have and live as followers of Jesus Christ is because of His death and resurrection. Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice!!! For He is risen!

Resurrection Sunday is usually the highest attended Sunday of the year throughout America, so please be in prayer for our guests to have ears to hear and faith to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. As we gather Sunday, we will look to the Word of God to show us:

The proclamation of God's plan for the death & resurrection of Jesus (Acts 2:22-36) The proof of the resurrection of Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:1-19) The power of the resurrection of Jesus (John 10:14-18) The purpose of the resurrection of Jesus (Romans 6:3-14)

I also want to encourage you to read an account of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus in one of the gospels and read Isaiah 53. May the Word of God and the Spirit of God lead our hearts to humbly worship the One true God.

Looking forward to worshipping and growing in Christ with you this Sunday.

Grace & Peace Eric
